Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a cutting-edge, brain-body therapy designed to help you access and heal the deep emotional wounds that traditional talk therapy may not reach. It’s especially effective for processing trauma, stress, anxiety, and negative life experiences that continue to impact your emotions, body, and relationships.

This powerful technique uses specific eye positions to access the subcortical brain - the part of the brain where trauma, memories, and emotions are stored beyond conscious awareness. By accessing this deeper level of the brain, Brainspotting allows you to gently process and release stuck emotional and physical pain, often leading to faster, longer lasting healing.

Clients often report feeling more clarity, emotional relief, and a sense of internal calm after sessions. Because Brainspotting works with the body’s natural ability to heal itself, it honors your unique pace and process - without needing to recall every detail of past events.

Accelerated Healing Session

Accelerated healing sessions - also known as therapy intensives - are immersive, extended sessions designed to help you experience deep transformation in a shorter amount of time. Using Brainspotting, these sessions allow you to process trauma and emotional pain more thoroughly than in standard weekly therapy.

These extended sessions typically range from a few hours to a few days, depending on your unique needs. They’re ideal for those feeling stuck, going through a major life transition, or simply wanting to dive deeper into their healing journey without the wait-and-stop of traditional therapy.

Because of the focused time and depth of work, clients often report powerful breakthroughs, lasting shifts, and a greater sense of relief and clarity.

Individual Therapy
with Adults

Individual therapy sessions are offered one-on-one via secure telehealth (video). In our work together, we’ll focus on getting to the root of your emotional pain using somatic, body-based approaches to healing.

Our sessions will help you reconnect with your body, process unresolved experiences, and understand how your past may be influencing your present thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This deeper awareness allows us to reprocess old wounds, so they no longer hold power over your current life.

Rather than staying stuck in cycles of overthinking or self-criticism, you'll learn how to feel safer and more grounded in yourself - creating space for lasting change, emotional relief, and greater self-trust.

Trauma Therapy

Most people experience some form of trauma in their lifetime. Trauma occurs when we live through an overwhelming or distressing event that leaves us feeling helpless, unsafe, or powerless - often altering how we see ourselves, others, and the world.

While some traumas are more obvious, such as physical or sexual abuse, many are more subtle and harder to recognize. Emotional neglect, chronic stress, invalidation, or growing up in a chaotic environment can all leave lasting imprints on the brain and body.

Even if the trauma happened long ago, when it’s not fully processed, the nervous system can remain stuck in a survival response. This may show up as anxiety, depression, irritability, nightmares, emotional numbness, relationship difficulties, or physical symptoms.

In trauma therapy, we work gently and intentionally to help you process and release these unresolved experiences - not just cognitively, but through the body, so you can feel safer, more grounded, and more connected in your present life.
