Therapy Intensives: A Deeper Way to Work
Extended Brainspotting and somatic therapy sessions designed for focused, immersive healing in a shorter time frame
What is an Intensive?
Therapy intensives are immersive, short-term sessions that range from 1 to 3 days. These sessions are designed for focused, extended therapeutic work using Brainspotting and somatic approaches.
These sessions provide more time and continuity than traditional weekly therapy, allowing the nervous system to stay with emotional material at a deeper and more sustained pace.
All sessions are held virtually, allowing you to do this work from the comfort of your own home in a familiar and supportive environment.
These sessions are paired with Brainspotting, a brain-body therapy that uses eye position to help access and process emotional experiences stored in deeper regions of the brain, beyond conscious awareness.
Why Choose a Therapy Intensive Session?
You might benefit from an intensive if:
-
You are looking for a more concentrated period of therapeutic work
-
You feel stuck in patterns that haven’t shifted in weekly therapy
-
You are experiencing emotional overwhelm, anxiety, or internal pressure
-
You notice your past experiences still affecting your present
-
You experience cycles of overactivation and exhaustion
-
You are navigating a life transition and want additional support
-
You prefer longer, less frequent sessions for deeper processing
-
You want dedicated time for focused nervous system work
