I take a trauma-informed, body-based approach to healing. I integrate Brainspotting, somatic awareness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support women in healing beyond insight alone.
Rather than only talking through patterns, we also pay attention to what is happening in the body in the present moment. This allows for deeper emotional processing and helps shift long-held survival responses like perfectionism, anxiety, and people-pleasing.
Many of the women I work with have spent years trying to think their way through their struggles and are now looking for a deeper, more embodied approach to healing.
